Only what you give us: your name, email, phone, and business details when you place an order, request an invoice or audit, or leave your contact info with Susan (our site chat). Chat messages you send Susan are stored so we can follow up on your request.
Card numbers — payments happen on Stripe's secure checkout, and Stripe handles your card under its own privacy policy. Your shopping cart lives in your own browser's storage, not on our servers, until you place an order.
To deliver what you asked for and to reply to you. We don't sell your information, rent it, or hand it to advertisers. New-order and new-lead details are emailed to us so a real person can respond.
Our service providers only, and only to run the store: Stripe (payments), our hosting providers (the store and its database), and our email provider (order and lead notifications).
