Website builds start with a free preview: we build your site, you look at it, and you owe nothing until you approve it. The monthly Care Plan starts only after your approval, and it covers hosting, edits, and monthly content as described on the service page.
Monthly plans (Care Plans, Susan 21, and our software products) renew month to month. You can cancel anytime by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No long-term contracts, no cancellation fees.
Card payments are processed by Stripe on Stripe's secure checkout — we never see or store your card details. Checkout collects the first month; ongoing billing is arranged with you directly. If you choose "request an invoice," nothing is charged until you receive and accept the invoice. Quote-based work (custom AI, pilots) is always agreed in writing before any charge.
If something isn't right, email us and we'll make it right — that can include fixing the problem, crediting your account, or refunding a charge where appropriate. We'd rather keep your trust than a payment.
Our live demos (preview sites and software demo workspaces) contain sample or fictional data and exist to show you how the product works. They aren't commitments about specific results for your business.
We do careful, honest work, but no software or service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service the claim relates to.
